Wetland Area Trapping Programme

Predator control to protect restoration planting work as part of the Tunnel 21 project south of Ward, Marlborough.
Various trapping methods have been implemented to target a range of pests including rats, stoats, possums, ferrets and feral cats to protect not only the newly planted native flora but also native fauna that may live within the area, such as the Spotless Crake.
